Samsung Gear VR-Powered Roller Coasters Headed to Six Flags

Exciting news for thrill-seeking techies: Virtual drum coasters are headed to Six Flags.

The world’s largest informal thesis park association has partnered with Samsung — a new “official record partner” — to entrance what they contend will be North America’s initial practical existence drum coasters.

“Bringing a VR coaster to life is positively a new and stirring proposition,” Mathieu pronounced in a statement. “Now, people can be enthralled into a totally new star while roving a drum coaster. This transforms a complicated drum coaster into a totally new, one of a kind impressionable experience — powered by technology.”

Meanwhile, Six Flags isn’t a usually thesis park removing into VR. Alton Towers in a north of England recently announced it will open a rollercoaster float in Apr that equips passengers with VR headsets.
