Automotive clergyman is Illinois Teacher of a Year – The Herald

NORMAL – An automotive record clergyman from Palatine is a Illinois State Board of Education’s Illinois Teacher of a Year.

Steven Elza of William Fremd High School in Palatine was one of a dozen finalists for a honor. He was announced as this year’s tip teacher in a state on Saturday night during a party in Normal.
