Former Rams RB Lawrence Phillips suspected of murdering jail cellmate

Lawrence Phillips, a sixth-overall collect in a 1996 breeze who has been behind bars given 2008, is suspected of murdering his cellmate during Kern Valley State Prison, according to a jail news recover (via a Bakersfield Californian).
