Rain will solidify on some surfaces southward to Austin, Texas, and a Hill Country northwest of San Antonio, Texas.
During Monday night, a ice and uneven sleet will widespread to Alexandria, Louisiana; Jackson, Mississippi; Birmingham, Alabama; Chattanooga, Tennessee; Atlanta and Charlotte, North Carolina.
