McLarty Automotive Group has acquired all though dual stores owned and operated by Joe Machens Dealerships of Missouri.
The Machens organisation operates 10 rooftops offered 16 brands, mostly in a Columbia, Mo., area, according to a spokeswoman.
Under terms of a deal, a Machens dealerships will continue to work underneath a Joe Machens code name, according to a matter expelled by Gary Drewing, boss of Joe Machens Dealerships, and a Drewing family.
The understanding is a latest in a call of dealership acquisitions as rising U.S. new-vehicle sales and dealership values prompt owners to sell.
The Drewings possess Joe Machens Dealerships, that ranks No. 82 on a Automotive News list of a tip 150 U.S.-based dealership groups. The association had 11,412 new-vehicle sell sales in 2014.

McLarty Automotive has 3 general holdings. It operates Yanjun Auto Group, a 16-dealership organisation in China; Caltabiano McLarty Group, a 20-dealership organisation in Brazil; and GDV Imports Mexico, a Jaguar and Land Rover car distributor in Mexico.
The McLarty organisation entered Brazil in 2000, China in 2006 and Mexico in 2010.
