A new app, called High There!, aims to bond pot smokers for dates. The app, formed out of Denver, operates identical to other dating apps. It allows a user to emanate a form and afterwards differentiate by photos of other users. The app launch in Dec for beta contrast before appearing a Google Play store progressing this year.
