Reydel is hold by New York private investment organisation Cerberus Capital Management LP, former owners of Chrysler.

Under a terms of a deal, announced May 2, Reydel assumes a approximately $20 million in grant liabilities of a business section and Van Buren Township-based Visteon will deposit $95 million into a business underneath Cerberus. Visteon has also concluded to yield $90 million in revolving credit to overpass a deal, that will be paid behind by Cerberus, a retailer said.
