After Jon Stewart announced that he’s retiring from The Daily Show after this year, fans immediately began speculating who would take over hosting duties for a Comedy Central show.
Because his proclamation done it transparent that he was retiring rather than a uncover ending, names began surfacing as front-runners for a open position…if usually since viewers were picking their dream Daily Show hosts, and not celebrities who were strictly in a using for a position.
One name that kept floating to a tip of a raise is John Oliver, due to his hilarious, intelligent and smart takes on a news during HBO’s Last Week Tonight.
But Oliver will not be holding over for Stewart, since E! News has schooled that HBO has only renewed Last Week Tonight With John Oliver for not one though dual some-more seasons.
HBO President Michael Lombardo announced a seasons 3 and 4 pickups, with any deteriorate consisting of 35 shows each. Season 3 will atmosphere in 2016, with deteriorate 4 in 2017.
